*Number of Active Listings is down from last month, but Days of Inventory is up, indicating less competition for buyers right now.
*Number of sales per month is down from last month, which is natural considering the Covid shutdown.
*Average days on market is down from last month
*Average price is down from last month, but still higher than last year. This is expected to rebound.
Despite the slowdown from Covid, our market remains very strong. We went into the shutdown in a very strong market, so we would have a long way to fall to end up in any sort of recession. Demand has lessened over the past month, but companies & people continue to move to the valley in droves which is spurring on our strong real estate market and will continue to do so.
